Felicity Carter: What turned into your first elegant memory?
Adriana Epelboim-Levy: I spent my early life in Venezuela, and, sooner or later, my grandmother opened her vintage fashion closet and allowed me to choose my favorite pieces to take with me. Seeing some of these old, beautiful dresses from the ’60s, I understood a unique beauty at the back of timeless fashion captivated me.

FC: What lured you into the enterprise?
AEL: I went to Architecture School in New York City at Pratt Institute. I usually preferred Architecture as a discipline. The architecture allows the dressmaker to translate into a fabric from any scale.
